Terms of Service for Mobile Tire Services

Welcome to Keep on Rollin' Mobile Tires. By scheduling service, requesting a quote, purchasing tires, or using our website, you agree to the terms below.

Keep On Rollin’ Mobile Tires provides mobile tire services, including tire installation, rotations, balancing, flat repairs, TPMS service, trailer tire service, fleet maintenance, and related tire services. Services are performed at the customer’s location when safe and accessible.

All services are subject to availability, proper equipment access, weather conditions, safety concerns, and the condition of the vehicle, trailer, or equipment being serviced.

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including tire size, vehicle type, location, service requested, and tire availability. Final pricing may change if additional work, parts, travel, disposal, or labor is required.

Tire prices and availability may change based on supplier inventory. A deposit may be required for special-order tires, wheels, or large jobs.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe, legal, and accessible work area. The vehicle or trailer must be parked on stable ground with enough room for our mobile equipment.

If the work area is unsafe, inaccessible, or the vehicle condition prevents service, we may reschedule or cancel the appointment. A service call or cancellation fee may apply.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior written approval has been given for fleet billing or account terms. We may accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, debit card, credit card, or other approved payment methods.

Fleet accounts, card-on-file billing, and Net-30 terms must be approved in advance.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments, last-minute cancellations, or unavailable vehicles may be subject to a cancellation or service call fee.

Manufacturer warranties may apply to eligible tires and products. Warranty coverage is determined by the tire or product manufacturer, not Keep On Rollin’ Mobile Tires.

Labor, mobile service fees, balancing, disposal, valve stems, TPMS parts, and other services may not be covered under manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing vehicle issues, worn parts, improper prior repairs, corrosion, stripped studs, seized lug nuts, damaged wheels, or unsafe vehicle conditions.

The customer is responsible for confirming the correct tire size, load rating, application, and service requested. We will do our best to verify fitment, but final approval for tire or wheel purchases is the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are also responsible for maintaining proper tire pressure, checking lug nut torque after service when recommended, and following vehicle manufacturer maintenance guidelines.

Keep On Rollin’ Mobile Tires is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost income, towing costs, delays, missed appointments, or additional repairs unless required by law.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

We may take photos of completed work, vehicles, tires, trailers, or equipment for documentation, quality control, or marketing purposes. Personal information, license plates, or identifying details will not be intentionally shared without permission.

You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, or interfere with website operation.
